Point Loma Ballroom

The Point Loma Ballroom is our largest, and most versatile, meeting space with panoramic views of the Point Loma hillside. Guests will enjoy post-meeting cocktails on the Point Loma Terrace overlooking the Kona Kai Marina. This ballroom can be broken down into three separate sections to create intimate spaces or kept whole for configurations up to 500 guests seated classroom-style for an annual meeting or 650 guests for an awards banquet.
Del Mar

Conveniently located just off the lobby and directly across from the Cabo Garden Courtyard, the stunning Del Mar conference room offers natural light and direct access to lush gardens. It accommodates 20 in conference-style seating or 40 guests for a banquet.
Coronado Room

The Coronado room is approximately 1,500 square feet and is the perfect location for an upscale board meeting or sales conference. With room for up to 70 guests seated classroom-style, this inspiring meeting room features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Cabo Garden Courtyard.
La Jolla

Located directly across from the Del Mar room, the La Jolla conference room is the perfect size for small breakouts and brainstorming sessions. At approximately 600 square feet, this multi-purpose meeting room is centrally located to all of the services the resort has to offer.
Bay Room

At approximately 391 square feet, the Bay Room features amazing views of San Diego Bay and the Pacific Ocean. This meeting room is perfect for an intimate meeting of 18 people or a banquet for 30. This room can also serve as meeting planner headquarters, with direct access to all the other event spaces and the pathway surrounding the resort.
Skyline Park

Skyline Park, situated directly across the street from Kona Kai Resort, offers groups the opportunity to have outdoor events and banquets with expansive views of the San Diego skyline and San Diego Bay. At approximately 6,864 square feet of lush outdoor space, Skyline Park is the perfect venue for a one-of-a-kind San Diego event.
Marina View Lawn

With amazing views of the Kona Kai Marina and Point Loma hillside, this premier event space is approximately 2,550 square feet and offers an inspired setting for banquets of 250 guests or receptions for 400. It makes for a truly memorable wedding venue.
Kona Kai Private Beach

Our approximately 22,896 square feet of white sand beach is the perfect location for a beach party celebration and is one of San Diego’s only private beaches that permits consumption of alcoholic beverages. From team building to elaborate outdoor beach-themed events, all you’ll need are flip flops and sunscreen. Keep warm on cool beach nights with our four gas fire pits.
Cabo Garden Courtyard

Take advantage of the outdoor venue space in the Cabo Garden Courtyard. The approximately 14,639 square feet of flexible outdoor space can accommodate up to 350 for a banquet or reception. Take advantage of the mild San Diego climate and move your event outdoors.
